    Marshal of the Empire Sovereign Prince of Neuchâtel and Valangin Sovereign Prince of Wagram Louis-Alexandre Berthier https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis-Alexandre_Berthier was awarded St.Andrew order on July 3, 1807. Three of his embroidered breast stars survived to this day. 1st breast star.
