Medal Bar with Manchukuo National Census Commemorative Medal and Winner's Сurse

It would be a pretty standard medal bar

if not for this medal.

A little bit "bloomed" but it happens.

So what would be a realistic (or if you wish "fair") price for such medal bar?
The first six medals cost very little if anything (for more or less experienced collector).
The Manchukuo Census is worth as much as first six put together.
Plus the price of the medal hanger of course.
350-400 bucks should be the maximum possible price for such medal bar.

Well, not for everyone.
It was sold once for twice (!) that.
Below you will find an interesting history of bidding process.
It illustrates very nicely the "win-at-all-costs" phenomenon that occur when someone is trying to "breakthrough the automatic bids" and (as a result) appearance of winner's curse (extreme overpayment).

Five years later.
Same medal bar at the same ebay.

385 bucks.
Now that's more like it.
