Franz Carl Paul Telge (August 7, 1846 Berlin; June 5, 1909 Berlin) was a German craftsman as well as court jeweler and court goldsmith to the Romanian royal couple Karl I and Elisabeth. He manufactured orders and decorations, goldsmith work for the high nobility, and reproductions of prehistoric gold finds. From 1883 he was a member of the Berlin Society for Anthropology, Ethnology, and Prehistory and in 1894 he became an honorary member of the Lower Lusatian Society for Anthropology and Archaeology. He was also a member of the Society for Local History of the Province of Brandenburg and vice-chairman of the Berlin Goldsmiths' Guild.
