台南陸軍病院 - Tainan Army Hospital

Japanese Army Tainan Garrison Hospital was established in Chikanlou /Taiwan/ in 1897. It was initially located in Chikan Tower. Later, as military facilities were gradually completed in the northeastern urban area, it was relocated in 1917. A larger-scale hospital was rebuilt on the north side of the Second Infantry Regiment of the Japanese Army (now the Guangfu Campus of Cheng Kung University). After the war, all the hospital was handed over to the National Army, and the 804 Hospital was established to serve the military and civilians. It was once the key hospital for medical treatment for the residents of Zhonglou and Sanzhi.​
