Orders of St. Vladimir for the Battle of Waterloo https://asiamedals.info/threads/orders-of-st-vladimir-for-the-battle-of-waterloo.28211/
The term "Epoch of Napoleonic Wars" should not be taken literally /i.e. as period 1806-1815/. We use this term because of its popularity among collectors in describing of orders of St. Vladimir from the 1800s-1820s /or even 1800s-1830s/ period.
4th class cross.
Gold, enamel.
Size 30.9 mm.
Weight 5.92 g.
Unmarked. Reduced size cross that was most likely made after Decree “On the reduction of the order insignias of the St. George and Prince Vladimir/Об уменьшении орденских знаков Святого Георгия и Князя Владимира” given to the Chapter of Russian Orders on January 20, 1816 by Emperor Alexander I.

The usual story with these crosses: all gold painting of obverse medallion is gone and the reverse medallion inscription "September 22, 1782" has been completely erased.
