General Toyohiko Yoshida (吉田豊彦; 1873-1951) with 3rd class Prussian order of the Red Eagle order and 3rd class Bavarian Military Merit order. After graduating from the Advanced Course of the Artillery School, Yoshida entered the Army Fortress Artillery Shooting School in August 1899, and in December of the same year, he was stationed in Germany to study. In November 1900, he was promoted to artillery captain, and returned to Japan in November 1902.
